On Saturday January 20, we have a beginner snowshoe trip. Our destination is the West Castle valley beyond the ski hill. Snowshoeing is easy to learn and we'll have extra snowshoes if you don't have any. While we're out, we'll review firestarting and perhaps snow shelter skills. Friends, family, and members of other SAR Groups welcome. Meet us at 09:00 at Pincher Creek Fire Hall. Expect to be back in town late afternoon.
This trip was rescheduled from the original January 6 due to illness.
