<p><b>New page</b></p><div>As part of the [[ProcessMembershipDatabaseTask]], some<br />
of the Personnel Records are prepared as PDF's for reprinted to<br />
reflect the changes that have been made.<br />

Only changes in certain fields trigger a reprint of the<br />
personnel record. The thinking is that we want to save paper, time<br />
and cost by not reprinting when the changes are not significant;<br />
the old personnel record sheet can continue to be used with the<br />
handwritten change.<br />
<br />
The fields that cause a reprint are currently the ones that<br />
could be used during an operation, because the Logistics Officer<br />
might be referring to the copy of the personnel record that is kept<br />
up to date on the bus, and probably won't have access to the<br />
electronic database. Those fields are:<br />
