is to always ask other organizations to only use<br />
our permanent group [[Contacts]].<br />
We don't want other organizations using the personal contact information of our members (President, Administrator).<br />
That's because we had several problems before where we've missed important notices and information because they were delivered to outdated contacts.<br />
<br />
To support this policy, whenever we fill out forms or provide contact information for our group,<br />
we leave blank any fields asking for personal contact information, or fill it in with using our group's permanent contacts instead.<br />
