We won't know how many students until the course registration deadline, and we need to add up to 5 instructors and assistants.

The food requests will be:

* Evening 1 = coffee, etc.
* Day 2 = morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack
* Day 3 = morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack (afternoon will be in the field, so snacks we can take to a camp kitchen)

* Evening 4 = coffee, etc. (evening will be in the field)
* Day 5 = morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack, supper (evening will be in the field)
*: We may decided we should add supper to Dec 5, we normally only pay for supper for instructors, but if we have extra funding for this course, we can pay for all the students.
* Day 6 = morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack

We don't have to get all the food from one place. For instance, we can make the coffee ourselves or pick up from Tim Hornton's if that's easier.
