		+	He reports he's in quite a bit of pain, with a swollen and he thinks broken lower right leg. He's stuck at the bottom of the coulee and can't crawl out. He has diabetes, but says he manages it well.

		+	He was walking his dog near the coulee when the dog saw a deer and broke free from its leash. Phillip fell and the dog disappeared.
