The First Call List gives contact information for our major tasking agencies
and STARS to get a hold of a member of our organization (the first contact).
STARS acts as our point of first contact for other organization and calls
us using this list.

The list is a short version of the [[Call Out List]] which lists the On-Call Manager number,
key emergency callers and managers.
It contains their private contact information, so it's available only on the members-only portion of the wiki.
