I tried putting some equipment in the equipment shed today, but the lock was frozen shut. Water drips from the small eaves above the door down onto the lock where it refreezes.

Could the equipment committee take a look at the problem, perhaps when the snow is cleared? I suspect the solution will be to improvise an extension to the eaves above the door, so it doesn't drip onto the lock.
