Search Managers who are new to the team are given an orientation
- they are oriented to the On-Call position and walked through the procedure of taking on-call
 - they are given a Search Manager Kit and oriented to it
 -  for the first incidents that they manage, they are provided a coach who is another search manager
- if the new search manager is on-call, the coach should be on-call too
 - after two incidents there's a reassessment to see if the incidents sufficiently covered the scope of PCSAR search manager's role or whether the coaching should continue
