Suggestion #34: accountability process (vehicles, houses, etc.)

    • + simple accountability (flagging)
    • Check vehicles that aren't associated with staff.
    • Flag vehicle you know. Staff, searchers.
    • Clarification needed on process for vehicle accountability 3 different ways of doing it. Same for flagging houses.
    • Use marked tape. "Search and Rescue"
    • use of colours to distinguish different status
    • how to handle flagging being taken off
    • coordinate with other agencies
