Suggestion #17: Call out needs more than 15 minutes to marshal at fire hall

Difficulty to implement: done

Need to give 30 minutes. Focus on efficiency.

Problem is that people at the end of the list only have a few minutes to arrive at the fire hall, whereas the people at the start have plenty of time.
Easiest solution is to use our new automated call out system.
Eric Bruder to check with Linda on deployment and work on making this as soon as possible.
