When PCSAR's Mobile Command Post (SARCAR) arrives on the scene,
the following should be set up.
- Sign-in list
 - White boards for Briefing and ICS
 - Plastic table outside door
 - Radios
 - GPS
 - Sign-out sheet for equipment
 
- set up pilons to keep traffic away from bus
 
- drop step on back door.
 
- Generator set up
 - photocopier/printer set up
 - heater turned on
 
- set up cell phone booster
 
Unpack the following equipment and place it where it can be be readily accessed when needed:
- Water
 - Big First Aid Kit
 - Stretcher(s)
 - Hypothermia kit
 - Thermarests
 - Sleeping bags
 - Extra blankets
 
From equipment trailer
- Rough Terrain Stretcher
 - Snowshoes (seasonal, depending on terrain)
