The Membership Database is edited by Brett Wuth. Other people that have done this task: BobCosta.

He uses

• the changes that members make to their personnel record sheets at regular meetings
• event/course sign-in sheets which are passed to him
• individual changes which are e-mailed to him.

Process

Edit the membership records on the secure part of the wiki.

• existing membership records
• new members or applicants should be added in a similar fashion
• Activities lists the activities we have had

• check list of newly approved members
• review any e-mailed updates (done to 18:28, 3 December 2010 (UTC))
• Review Brett's copy of the call-out list
• Review the call-out list in the membership binder
• Review the personnel records in the membership binder

Brett Wuth has abandoned development of a java application for structured editing of the database using a graphical user interface (MembershipDatabaseEditorTask).
