Create sealed packages for each overhead team member role
- Each package contains all materials needed for that role for one operational period (froms, pens, etc.)
- Seal packages so user knows they are complete
- Determine what materials each role needs
- Determine how many operational periods to be prepared for
- Buy the materials and photocopy documents needed
- Prepare packages
- Prepare instructions for re-supplying
