The template {{Contact|name}}
creates a link to a Supplier with the given name.

- name of the supplier
If a page for the supplier does not yet exist, the link will preload with the Contact Boilerplate.
Alternatively, you can create a Contact page by saving a blank page with
{{Subst:Contact/Boilerplate}}
If you do, what you'll then get is this:
ContactHow do we contact this person/organization?
IDList any account number we use for this contact.
