Suggestion #34: accountability process (vehicles, houses, etc.)

- + simple accountability (flagging)
- Check vehicles that aren't associated with staff.
- Flag vehicle you know. Staff, searchers.
- Clarification needed on process for vehicle accountability 3 different ways of doing it. Same for flagging houses.
- Use marked tape. "Search and Rescue"
- use of colours to distinguish different status
- how to handle flagging being taken off
- coordinate with other agencies
