There was a general discussion on the organization's state of preparedness to perform first aid procedures. It was felt that there is insufficient, ongoing training, as well as a problem with members whose certification has lapsed.
- Recommendation to Board (training/membership):
- That PCSAR maintain a record of members' first aid certification.
- That PCSAR remind members to take first aid recertification when required.
