Coordinate conversion
- UTM <-> lat/long
- map datum: WGS84/NAD27
- http://www.synnatschke.de/geo-tools/coordinate-converter.php
- tested out by about 8m compared with eTrex GPS
- fails to parse DM.MM
- DMS.S <-> DM.MM <-> D.DDD
