Whenever the Board amends the budget, the following work should be done

Copy the board motion that changes the budget into the "Authorization motions" section of the wiki page for the current year budget.


    • update the current budget year's list of Authorizing Motions
    • update the current budget year's budget on the wiki
    • update the budget in QuickBooks to match
