Whenever the Board amends the budget, the following work should be done:

1. Copy the board motion that changes the budget into the "Authorization motions" section of the wiki page for the current year budget. See 2016-2017 as an example.

2. Edit the spreadsheet for the budget. Upload the amended budget.

3. Create a PDF from the budget spreadsheet. Upload the PDF.

4. Update QuickBooks to reflect the budget changes.
