This is the documentation for the template Preplan/Committee/mtg

Preplan/Committee/mtg/Doc:

Creates a link to the meeting in the Members: namespace. Because Preplan Meetings tend to discuss confidential things that happened at searches, the minutes are kept in the Members: only namespace.
