Create sealed packages for each overhead team member role

• Each package contains all materials needed for that role for

one operational period (froms, pens, etc.)* Seal packages so user knows they are complete* Determine what materials each role needs* Determine how many operational periods to be prepared for* Buy the materials and photocopy documents needed* Prepare packages* Prepare instructions for re-supplyingReevaluated by the PreplanCommittee 2004-09: Doesn't give extra value.
