  • what does the call accomplish after the accident, doesn't address safety issue.
  • if balking from tasking agency, we can rent room and charge tasking agency. Or we can pay out of contingency fund.

  • everyone is responsible for safety, everyone should feel free to make the suggestion
  • make it really easy for them to stay
