This is the documentation for the template Template:Contact

The template {{Contact|name|text}} creates a link to a Supplier with the given name.

If a page for the supplier does not yet exist, the link will preload with the Contact Boilerplate.

Alternatively, you can create a Contact page by saving a blank page with

{{Subst:Contact/Page}}

If you do, what you'll then get is this:

This page is based on the Contact template.
Use that template to make similar pages.
