Meeting called to order at 19:00. Eric Bruder chaired. Minutes were recorded by Diann Piwek.

Motion: Matt Lynch moved, Nichole Boissoneault seconded the motion that Pat Neumann be elected a Director-at-Large. Carried.

Meeting adjourned at 19:10.
