This is the documentation for the template Template:Signature

The template {{Signature|Signed=|Comment=}}
records whether a signatory has signed a page.
- Signed
- (optional) indicates whether the signatory has signed the page. y or n. If the values are modified by someone else, the signature will be recorded as "on behalf" of the Signatory.
- Comment
- (optional) are any comments that want to be attached to the signing.
This template should be used on a subpage of the form page/Sign/user
where
- page
- is the page to be signed
- user
- is the wiki user name who is being asked to sign the page (Signatory)
