Template:Signature/Signed/Parse/Doc:

The template {{Signature/Signed/Parse|Signed}} parses various values for Signed and returns the canonical value.

Signed 
(optional) argument to be parsed.

The canonical values are

  • pending
  • declined
  • yes

and indicate whether a Signatory has chosen to sign a page.
