  • Demonstrate the following knots and ties:
    • Figure-eight-on-a-bight
    • Figure-eight-follow-through
    • Figure-eight-follow-through bend
    • Inline figure eight
    • Fishermans bend
    • Water or tape bend
    • Prusik hitch
    • Prusik-on-itself
