The template {{Current or past month|MM|YYYY-MM-DD}}
returns the most recent month MM in the current or previous year.
Returned value is of the form YYYY-MM
- MM
- The month to find
- YYYY-MM-DD
- (optional) Base date from which to search backwards for month. If not specified, uses the current date.
