Yearly

To develop the budget for the next year, we should:

1. Make sure that the current year's budget is up to date, by reviewing all board minutes since the budget was initially adopted. See #Monthly below
2. Determine projected/actual expenditures for each budget category for the previous year
   • Review the latest Financial Statements
   • For each Budget Category, estimate and record the end of year projection
