Editing Change of Position Holders

Whenever there's a change in who's in key positions in the organization,
there's several places this information needs to be recorded or reported.

# For changes of Administrator, [[Membership_Database/Format#Committee|Update]] the [[:Category:MemRecord|membership records]] by removing/adding them to as "Staff" on key the board committee {{status|done|2020-03-29}}
# For any board member, record the date they assumed or left office [[Board of Directors/Past|here]]. You'll need that for the [[Charitable Status]] filing. {{status|done|2020-04-26}}
# For any board member, or the Administrator, update our [[Board of Directors|list of board members]] on the wiki. {{status|done|2020-04-26}}
# For any change of Committee Members, update the [[Committees|Committee's Page]] {{status|done|2020-04-26}}
# Update the [[Members:SAR Alberta/PCSAR listing|SAR Alberta website listing]]. {{status|not yet|2019-03-29}}
# File changes of Board Members with the Provincial Registrar as part of our [[Society status/Changes of Directors|society status]].  Save copy of letter on same page. {{status|not yet|2019-03-29}}
# File changes of [[Board Members]] with [[Members:Contact/Del Fisher|Insurer]]; upload copy of letter {{status|not yet|2019-03-29}}
# [[Members:Contact/AGLC/PCSAR contact info|File changes]] of President, VP, Treasurer, Secretary, Casino Chair, or Administrator with the AGLC.  Upload correspondence to wiki so can verify continuing our practice of using only our permanent contact info. {{status|done|2020-04-27}}
