  • (Administrator for Secretary) renew insurance
  • (Treasurer with Administrator support, Board) finalize budget for next financial year

  • (Fundraising) 1st week: submit budget to Town and MD
  • (Fundraising with President) Present budget to Town and MD

  • (Administrator for Treasurer) Complete Charitable Filing
  • (Preplan with President) Meet with CMR
  • (Administrator for Equipment) November 30 Deadline for vehicle registration for Command Post and Truck
