This is the documentation for the template Template:Tasks iteration date

Template:Tasks iteration date/Doc:

The template {{Tasks iteration date|date}} sets the property "tasks iteration date" used by Template:Status.

date 
date for new iterations of tasks.
typically in YYYY-DD-MM e.g. 2018-02-21
but can also be in other values accepted by {{#time: }} such as
first day of this month
{{Tasks iteration date|{{current or past month|09}}-01}} -- for start of the financial year
