Email Vote initiated by Administrator to award the contract for SAR Basics offering in March 2020. Meeting called 2020-01-03.

Present:

• Sabrina Ryans (Administrator)

Quorum was achieved.

Brett Wuth excused himself from the vote, as his company, Wildsoft Consulting, is one of the providers bidding on the project.

Moved by Claus Burchert, seconded by Igor Gruijic, to accept the local provider (WildSoft Consulting) as the main provider and organizer for a SAR Basics course run in January through March 2020. Carried.
