Implement a Search Manager Summit?

Should we meet for an extended period (1 day or more) to hash out a number of outstanding issues? A consensus reached by all managers will be more effective than a few managers implementing items then expecting all others to follow.

Thoughts from PreplanCommittee, September 2004:

  • should be only be an afternoon
  • should include search managers from other SAR groups in our region
  • each SAR group should meet locally to submit items for a common agenda
  • PCSAR could host
  • could invite Grant Hignell to include forms issue
  • have a social/BBQ with it
