Applying for grant to match funds for donations persons living in Alberta (not shell, not lion's clubs) applying for grants from the past.

Starting registry online for groups that wish to have their names on list for people that are wanting to donate money.

SAR CAR, bus parked near outlet, plugged in. New batteries in controller for block heater. Extension cord is hung by door to make it obvious.

All combination locks (at SARCAR, trailer, shed) are coverd with sandwich bag and rubber band so that they don't freeze.

Brian gone for next 3 months. Briefed Fraser Smith, who is taking over.
