Standard usage:
- apply C-collar if necessary and trained
- place uninflated thermarest on backboard (inflated later)
- roll patient onto backboard
- center patient onto backboard
- apply headblocks if necessary; consider use of rolled blanket instead of headblock to place patient higher on backboard
- apply backboard strap from blue bag
- pad voids behind neck, small of back and behind knees
- inflate thermarest
- place open tarp in strtecher
- place patient in stretcher
- cover with blankets
- fold tarp to protect patient and give access to injuries
- lash patient into stretcher with two 10m green webbings
- attach red webbings to stretcher for stretcher bearers
