Team leadership

 - goal: coordinated action
 - listen
 - make decision
   - the hardest decisions are generally the least important
   - it's hard because the choices are equally good
   - any choice in such a situation is better than hesitating
 - be clear on what the decision is
   - spectrum of clarity: "I think we should", "let's", "I've decided"
 - project your voice
