Hi All,

Please find attached the suggestions from the critique of the
"[Incident Name]" incident.  Thank you [Chair's name] for chairing
the critique and putting together the report!

I've assigned lead committees based on the critique chair's
recommendations and placed the suggestions on the wiki so they can be
tracked.

The board should consider how best to forward suggestions to the outside
organizations listed.
