Automated Call-Out

PCSAR is planning on implementing an automated call-out system, where a computer simultaneously dials the members and plays a message alerting them to the event.

- write down the message you want to send before calling it in, a clearer message is produced

We have been tasked for a search for (briefly describe where and what the search is about. e.g. elderly woman, 4 yr old, 3 snowmobilers) The type of searchers required are___________ Searchers will be mustering at__________(location) Muster time__________________ Check your email for details. - Test Messages Template:
This is a test message for search & rescue. There is no need to respond. This is a test only.
- distribute info to members on what to expect, how to use
- test with each member; identify numbers that should not be called by automated system
- ? develop cheat sheet for call-out people (or managers)
- develop process to acquaint new members with system
