Medical Condition: Has moderate Alzheimer's Disease and Type II Diabetes which is controlled through exercise, diet and medication. If he over exercises, has not eaten for some time or misses taking his medication he easily shows symptoms of low blood glucose. His physical coordination and agility is good for his age and he is able to walk well.

Other Information: Brad has been a resident of the Vista Village for the past 3 years. He grew up and has lived all his life in Pincher Creek, most recently at 437 Pineridge Crescent. After taking early retirement from the Shell plant, Brad became a very active volunteer, custodian, and deacon of the United Church.

Brad's wife Clara recently passed away. His next of kin, his son Cam in Calgary, has been notified.


Point Last Seen: Brad was noticed missing after he did not show up for supper at 17:00. He was last seen in Vista Village at about 15:00.
