This template is designed to create links to the MailMan web pages for mailing lists provided to PCSAR. Because the base URL occasionally changes, this template allows the base URL to be changed in one place. Example usage: 

{{mailmanurl|listinfo/sara-contactannounce}}

Results:

http://castrov.dyndns.org:8080/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/sara-contactannounce
