Once again, Foothills SAR is offering this well regarded course to all SAR teams across Alberta. This is a grant course and is open to all candidates who fulfill the basic requirements and are chosen by the instructors. The number of spots are limited due to the nature of the course and the need to ensure a consistent instructor to student ratio. Please see the attached flyer for further details and contact information. An application form will be sent to interested candidates who have the support of their SAR team Executive. Please get your application in quickly as the available enrollments are limited.
When costs aren't otherwise paid for, Pincher SAR may pay out of the Training Budget a portion of the cost for members to attend courses hosted by other organizations. This can include travel, meals and accommodations. Costs are approved on a case by case basis. Apply to the Training Committee.
