Jan 24-Feb 5: agree as a committee what we are looking for; prepare job ad.
Feb 6-7: place ad in paper(s); distribute to our members; forward to prospective candidates.
Feb 6: Ad in kijij
Feb 7: Ad in the Voice
Feb 8: Ad in Shootin' the Breeze
Feb 11: Ad emailed to members
Feb 15: Ad comes out in Echo
Feb 21: deadline for applications
Feb 6-22: review applications as they come in
Feb 22-23: agree on short list for interviews
Feb 24-Mar 3: Susanna away; check references
Mar 4-10: interviews as can be scheduled; after last interview committee decides on recommendation
Mar 11-14: special board meeting (probably by e-mail) to approve contract offer to candidate
Mar 15-17: notify candidate
Mar 20: New administrator starts with help of Susanna. Begin the intake
