Team leadership

• goal: coordinated action
• listen
• make decision
  • the hardest decisions are generally the least important
    • it's hard because the choices are equally good
    • any choice in such a situation is better than hesitating
  • be clear on what the decision is
    • spectrum of clarity: "I think we should", "let's", "I've decided"
