  • need to pre-alert earlier
  • 2-3 incidents per year is more realistic
  • coordinated training nights with beaver mines PCES rope team

Objectives:

  • continue on joint team
  • training, monthly
    • amalgamate with in-station training
    • 1 or 2 exercises
      • e.g. Oldman Dam power plant


  • create MOUs with other teams
    • Waterton, CNP
  • get more people from PCES, PCSAR invloved
    • recruit externally


  • explore possibility of bringing in a course
    • determine costs
    • determine funding sources
  • people need to have a sense of accomplishment through certification
  • 3rd party assessment of skills
  • look for public event to schedule a demo at
  • develop SOP for PCES to activate and use team
