The subject is 57 year old Phillip Stone. 5'10" 180lbs, gray hair, blue eyes. Wearing blue pants, blue shirt, light black jacket.

He reports he's in quite a bit of pain, with a swollen and he thinks broken lower right leg. He's stuck at the bottom of the coulee and can't crawl out. He has diabetes, but says he manages it well.

He was walking his dog near the coulee when the dog saw a deer and broke free from its leash. Phillip fell and the dog disappeared.
 
The subject says he is at the "old dump" which is a coulee that drains into the Pincher Creek straight west of the water tower.
