We're having a barbeque again this summer! Tuesday August 9 at 17:30 (5:30pm) at the [[Bobby Burns Park]]. The Bobby Burns Fish Pond is located on the northeast side of town on the same road that the MD of Pincher Creek Office and their Maintenance yard, is located. It is the same park area as the Juan Terran Park. The burgers and buns and condiments will be supplied by us. For those of you that like salads and desserts with your meal we are going potluck on this portion. Family, friends, and members of other SAR groups welcome. Please let Susanna know if you plan on attending so we know how many burgers etc to pick up.

Hello Folks:

This email is to let the membership know that it is that time of year again when, we host a BBQ and invite everyone out for a low key get together. We have set a location, date, and time for our annual BBQ.

* Date: August 9th, 2016  
* Time: 17:30 (5:30pm)

For those of you that like salads and desserts with your meal we are going potluck on this portion, the burgers and buns and condiments will be supplied by us.

Please let me know if you plan on attending so I know how many burgers etc to pick up.
