January 20-22, SAR Alberta and SARVAC (the national volunteer SAR association) are hosting workshops and training at the Goldeye Centre in Nordegg, AB (north of Rocky Mountain House). They have an "amazing line up of session topics" for you. Meals and accommodation provided. Sign up ASAP as it is first come first served and they are at 60% capacity! ****REGISTRATION CLOSES DECEMBER 29, 2016.****

Let us know that you signed up so we can coordinate carpooling. Good chance you won't have to pay gas either.
