Current revision
- One ICS 214 per activated function per op period.
- Only one ICS 214 needs to be done within the function.
You're free to each do separate ICS 214s, but only one is required.

- the date/time the function was demobilized.
- the dates/times responsibility for the function was handed off to another person.

- any significant direction provided to you (unless recorded elsewhere)
