A few years ago PCSAR adopted a practice of naming new searches after something other than the subject. It was felt that if the subject's name wasn't already known to the public, using the subject's name internally would inadvertently leak that name. And if the subject's name was already known to the public, the subject may not want it to be forever tied to that event.
